1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The watch must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and materials included.
3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
4. Once the RMA has been issued, please ship the watch back to us using a trackable shipping method.
5. Upon receipt of the returned watch, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. If the watch is in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. If the watch is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Warranty for our products is legal 2-years from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Cyfer Watches.
